THE HARMONICA


 

The harmonica has always been a tool of pure peace to me. I started playing about eleven years ago when I recognized three years later that this instrument, being my new hobby, has given me a world of diversity to play with. The whole reason the harmonica is my hobby and my love is the feeling I get when something right comes out of it. It's also nice to study the history and other artists who play this instrument. I love the melodies that this fine instrument creates. I like that it has more than one style giving me a nice open area to play in.

    1. Diversity—You can play a harmonica with any genre of music.

    2. Melody—This instrument plays the most beautiful sounds using different
      harmonic methods of playing.

    3. Style—This gives a harpist an opening to more than one method or structure of how you can play this instrument.
